Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, NHS, Charities and Healthcare Professionals. A minimum order of £25 including VAT and postage applies.
UK Schools and NHS Authority customers qualify for an instant £1000 credit account with 30 days credit. If you require a larger credit limit, please email our Sales Team.
Online Purchase Orders:
The quickest way to place a Purchase Order is via our website. Simply enter your official Purchase Order Number at the checkout and once approved your order will be released.
Emailed Purchase Orders:
Alternatively, you can send a Purchase Order by emailing your Purchase Order to sales@sensorydirect.com Please ensure you include the name of the recipient, contact email and phone number when emailing your Purchase Orders. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your order.
Please note:
- There is a minimum order of £25 including VAT and postage.
- An invoice will be sent to you on despatch.
- Free delivery is avalable for all online Purchase Orders over £45 - this is for Mainland UK delivery only.
- Emailed Purchase Orders will be charged £5.95 for delivery.
- We do not accept Purchase Orders by phone.
Important:
Please be aware that if you have processed a Purchase Order online and you have also sent the same Purchase Order via email, they will both be processed and delivered as we have no way of identifying duplicates.
If on receipt of this email you realise you have duplicated your order, please either call us as soon as practical, or reply to our email with the PO reference you wish to cancel.
Please note that in the circumstance where we are unable to prevent the duplicate orders leaving our warehouse and being delivered, you can arrange for a return in the standard way. Please see our Returns Policy.
