Use exercise to help reduce anxiety

Relaxation can be found in the form of regular exercise. Working and moving the body decreases muscle tension, reduces the body's stress hormones and stimulates the production of good hormones that in turn lower's the body's contribution to feeling anxious. 

Therapy balls, scooter boards and resistance bands can be great ways to get the blood pumping, reduce the stress levels and leave you feeling in a better mood.
